This piece was composed for langspiel workshop by Eyjólfur Eyjólfsson. It is written for three or more langspil performers. The performers watch a 5-minute video of ice melting and trigger a sound for each falling water droplet. The sound is up to the performer’s choice. The piece has a very simple structure, allowing non-musicians to perform. This music does not progress; it just happens.
